Welcome to our modern and private studio suite! Conveniently bordering several local cities in Idaho, our prime location provides seamless access to downtown Boise, the idyllic beauty of Eagle, and the waterfront communities of Garden City. The Boise Greenbelt is a brief half-mile stroll from the suite, while the airport is a convenient 25-minute drive away.

Enjoy the contemporary and cozy open-concept living space! The unique design ensures no shared walls, enhancing your privacy. Situated above a two-car garage, which remains unused during guest stays, the suite offers you a peaceful and private environment.

Enjoy a restful night’s sleep on our king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, complemented by a down comforter and your choice of down or memory foam pillows. Additionally, a full-sized sofa bed is available if needed. Start your day with a selection of teas and coffee, courtesy of our Keurig coffee maker and electric kettle.

In the evenings, unwind in one of our two plush Egyptian cotton robes. For entertainment, you can enjoy Hulu, Netflix, mobile casting, or choose from our DVD collection. Please note that cable television is not provided.

For your convenience, we provide an electric griddle, electric kettle, hot plate for cooking, and a double-door toaster oven. The suite does not include an oven/stove top.

The suite and property are smoke-free, including electronic smoking devices, to ensure a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets due to allergies of the host family. Free and convenient parking is available in the private driveway, not in the garage. Street parking is available for added convenience.
